We do not collect sensitive personal data or information of users like password of your e mail account; password of your Muroonah account (as it automatically get saved in Muroonah server when you create an account or register with Muroonah and not authorized by Muroonah for access unless desired under any legal obligation); financial information such as Bank Account details or Credit Card or Debit Card or other payment related details; physical and mental or other health conditions or medical records and history; Biometric information such as finger prints, voice & facial patterns and DNA any other sensitive information which is confidential or sensitive by its nature.

 

We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Muroonah Consultancy is the sole owner of information collected on this website.

Muroonah Consultancy is an online recruitment service and collects a variety of personal data necessary to provide these services. By choosing to enter your personal information on this site you indicate your willingness to disclose this information to Muroonah and employers registered with it, and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of Muroonah’s vacancies. If you do not wish to disclose this information, Muroonah will be unable to provide you the services offered by this site, since employment, educational, and other personal information is necessary in order to assess your employment opportunities.

 

It is not Muroonah’s policy to seek any sensitive information through our website unless legally required for recruitment purposes. Sensitive information includes data relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, or criminal record. We suggest that you do not provide sensitive information of this nature. If you do wish to provide sensitive information for any reason, Muroonah accepts your explicit consent to use that information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy or as described at the point where you choose to disclose.

Because Muroonah’s sites and applications are intended to allow you to share your information and to allow others to find you, we make certain information about you publicly available by default. You can also restrict the information available to others by deleting information you do not want visible or by not providing it at all.

Website usage information

We collect website usage information to help us:

Profile and CV information

When you complete your Muroonah.com profile, it will be made available for searching, viewing over the Internet and downloading by Muroonah.com customers. Customers who request information on candidates matching your profile to be sent to them will be able to view your profile and contact details. These may be direct recruiters, employment consultants or other organisations.

IMPORTANT: Your current employer may be a customer of Muroonah.com, or a client of one of our customers. Muroonah.com cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. Muroonah.com will also use the aggregate data to identify employment trends across different industries, such as salary averages. This information will not be capable of being linked to any personally identifying information about users. If you choose to create a profile and upload a profile to our database, we rely on you to ensure that your details are kept up to date. You should update your profile every six – twelve months, particularly if your contact details have changed. Once your profile is on our database we will contact you every twelve months using your most recent contact details to ask whether you want it to remain there. If we do not hear from you, your profile will be removed from our database. Please note that Muroonah.com reserves the right to remove from our database profiles which include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive. We will also remove a profile if a complaint is upheld, which has been made against it.

 

Transfer of Personal Information / Use of Personal Information for Direct Marketing

We may disclose job seekers’ Personal Information to employers for the purpose of providing recruitment and/or related intermediary services to you. We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with information relating to job vacancies and/or the Company. If, at any time, you do not wish for your Personal Information to be transferred and/or used as outlined in this paragraph, you may communicate your objection in writing to info@muroonah.com, upon receipt of which, we will cease such transfers and/or use at no cost to you.

 

Cookies

When you use www.muroonah.com, information may be collected about your preferences via the use of “cookies”. Cookies are pieces of information stored on your hard-drive which allow www.muroonah.com to be tailored to you on subsequent visits. Cookies do not allow you to be identified personally. If you have not accessed your resume for some time we may also contact you to check your information is still correct. We retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of the Web Site more efficient, practical and relevant. You can delete your resume from Muroonah’s online database, close your account at any time in which event we will remove all our copies of your resume and your account information from the Web Site, except for an archival copy which is not accessible on the internet.
